Jenga, the ultimate chipper
Chippers are not the most popular workouts. They consist of a long series of different exercises; Filthy Fifty is a great example — one of very few chippers in CrossFit; we rarely do them.
While Dad was inside doing a strength day (heavy squats, deadlifts and presses) Kaitlyn, Karissa, Alicia and Tash played CrossFit Jenga. The combination of Jenga and a deck of cards yields a funny, exciting chipper workout.
Each time a girl pulled a block from the tower and placed it successfully on top, she pulled a card from our homemade deck, and the next player had to do the exercises on the card. Some examples of cards:

Each player keeps all the cards she’s given (exercises she performed). Whoever knocks the tower down, thereby finishing the game (and losing!), is handed two other players’ entire collection of cards, and then must perform all the exercises on the cards: a fearsome chipper.

Today the tower only made it to 27 levels when Kaitlyn knocked it down. Here’s the chipper workout she then had to complete:
15 squats, 8 SDHP, 30 second handstand, 50 meter sprint, 10 kb swings, 5 deadlifts, 8 hammer strikes, 5 broad jumps, 5 overhead squats, 7 situp squats, 15 m lunges, 15 m beck’s burpees, 10 pushups, 5 ring dips.

I love it! What a great idea!! And the girls look so happy:)
